Field of application

This policy applies to all Smart Home products sold by our company.
The policy does not cover services provided in the field of smart home devices, unless damaged or faulty spare parts are supplied during the service.

Recovery conditions

The return request must be submitted within 14 days of receiving the product, retaining the original purchase invoice and any supporting documents.
Returns are accepted in the event of a manufacturing defect or damage during shipping, or if you receive a product that does not conform to the order in terms of specifications or quality.
The product must be in its original, unused condition, preserving the original packaging and packaging as much as possible.

Application Procedure
